   Williams Enter into Recoge for his appearance to the next Court~
   Peter Allaby afd Comes into Court and acknowledges himselfe
   Indebted to his Lordship his heires and Successrs. in the Sume of
   tenn pounds Sterlg to be Leveyd on his goods and Chattells Lands &
   Tenements Conditionally that if he do not make his personall
   appearance at next Court to be held for Said County to Prosecute on
   his Said Lordships behalfe ag.st the afd Edward Williams wherewith
   he acknowledges himselfe to be therewith Content
   ordered by this Court that John Jones one Evide ag.st the Said Edwd —
