                                    March Court 1715
   William Frisby Gent high Sherf of Said County keep the afd James
   Doarn in Safe Custody untill he Shall give Security as afd —————
   Afterwards the Same James Doarn Came into Court and acknowledged him:
  :selfe Indebted to his Lordship his heires & Success.rs &ca. in the Sume of tenn
   pounds Sterlg. to be Leaveyed on his goods and Chattells Lands and Tenem.ts
   Conditionally that if He Shall not make his personall appearance at
   the next Court and then and there to Answer unto what Shall be object:
  :ed against him on his Lordships behalfe and in the mean time to
   be of good behaviour &ca. wherewith he acknowledges himselfe to
   be Content
   Likewise Came into Court Nathaniel Pearce and William Jones
   of this County and acknowledged themselves Indebted to his Lordship
   his heires & Success.rs in the Sume of five pounds Sterlg Each to be
   Leveyed on their goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally
   that if the Said James Doarn Shall not make his personall appearance
   at the next Court and to Answer as afd wherewith they acknowlege
   themselves to be therewith Content~.
   His Majestie | Recognizance in the Sum 20lb Sterlg. his Sureties
           at | John Ellis and Samuel Parsons in the Sume of
   Edward Williams | 5.lb Sterlg Each The Same is by this Court Continued
   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ | untill next Court~ ——
   John Jones as an Evide. against the Same Edward Williams Entered
   into Recognizance at November Court last for his appearance to
   this Court ordered by this Court that the Same Recognizance be -
   discharged . John Jones afd his Recognizance taken in the Sume of
   tenn pounds Sterlg for [his] appearance to this Court as an Evid.e against
   the afd Edward Williams This Court here discharges the Same —
   Recognizance
   John Clark as an Evid.e against the Same Edward Williams Entered
   into Recognizance with one Suretie at November Court last for his
   appearance to this Court ordered by this Court that the Same Recog.es
   Each of them be discharged John Clark afd his Recog.e taken in the
