   unto what Should be objected against him on his Majesties behalfe
   and that in the mean time he was to be of good behaviour &ca.
   The Same Recognizance is by this Court here discharged &ca.
   Mr William Pott & M.r Gideon Pearce Sureties for the afd.
   James Doarn in the Sume of five pounds Sterlg Each Entred into .
   Recognizances for the appearance of the afd James & to answer
   as afd. &ca. The Same Recognizances each of them is by this Court
   here discharged &ca. . ordered by this Court here that the Said -
   James Enter into Recognizance S with Sureties for his appearance .
   to next Court &ca. And to be of good behaviour &ca. And that William
