                                         March Court 1715
   William Rock | This being an accõn of Trespass upon the Case The Same
           at | was returnd by the Sherf Cepi Corpus pr Wm Frisby She[f]
   Edward Crew - | And now at this Court Came the Said Plt by Thomas
   ——————— | Bowne his attry and Saith that the afd Accõn is
   agreed and prays it may be So entred The Same accõn agreed and that
   all proceedings therein Cease &ca.


This being an accõn of Trespass upon the Case . .
   William Rock   .   . | The Same was returnd by the Sherf Cepi Corpus
        at | pr Wm Ffrisby Sherf &ca. And now at this Court Came
   Nathaniel Pearce    | the afd Plt. Deft by Thomas Bowne his attry.
   and appears to the above accõn . And now at this Court Came the
   afd Plt in his proper person and Saith that the above accõn —
   between them is agreed and Prays it may be So entred The Same
   accõn agreed and that all proceedings therein Cease &ca ——
   William Brown | This being an accõn of Trespass upon the Case~
           at | ye Same was returnd by the Sherf. Endorsed
   Peter Walker | as folls viz Cepi Corpus &ca. And now at this Court
   ~~~~~~~~~~~~ | Came. the afd Plt in his proper person and Saith
   that the above accon between is agreed and prays it may be So entred
   The Same accõn agreed and that all proceedings therein Cease &ca —
     John Jones John Clark & Peter Allaby Sworn as Evides. & Sent.
     to the Grand Jury
    The Grand Jury returns againe to the Court and returns present:

   a Mare the goods of Peter Allaby value 1,,l15,,s Evidences -
   Peter Allaby John Jones John Clark Signed Simon Wilmer fore:

   bodkin the goods of Edward Skidmore &ca. Signed Simon Wilmer foreman
