   Accõn And the afd Plt by Thomas Bowne his attry Prays that the Said -
   Deft~ may give Special bayle to the above accõn which is granted
   after which Francis Meeks and Cornelius Dea [?] Both of this County —
   Comes into Court and Acknowledges themselves Joyntly and Severally -
   Special Bayle to the afd Accõn and they and either of them do un :
  :dertake the Payment of the Damages on Account of the afd Accon &.
   the Cost thereon accrueing if in Case the afd Plt. Shall obtaine Judgment
   against the Said Deft in the afd Accõn of Trespass upon the Case and .
   the Said Deft the Condemnation Should not Satisfie nor himselfe to
   the Custody of the Sherf of Said County deliver or that^theythe afd Francis
   Meeks and Cornelius Dea or either of them the body of the Said —
   Benjamin Shall not render &ca ————— After which the Said -
   Deft~. in his proper person aprs. to the above accõn and prays liberty
   thereof to imparle thereto and to Answer at next Court which is grant:
  :ed the Same day is given the Plt also ——
   John Clove - | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County the
           at | Sixteenth day of November in the Second year .
   Laughlin Flinn | of the Reigne of his now Majestie George &ca. That
   ~~~~~~~~~~~~ | he take Laughlin Flinn of Kent County Innholder
   if he Should be found in his Baylwick & him Safe keep So that he -
   have his body before his Said Majesties Justices of the next Court to be
   held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer —
   unto John Clove of a plea of Trespass upon the Case. And that he have
   then and there the Said writ &ca. Att which Said next Court vizt the
   twentieth day of March the Same year last mentioned the day of
   return of Said writ Came William Frisby Gent~ high Sherf of Said
   County and made return thereof in these words thereon Endorsed as
   folls vizt. Cepi Corpus pr Wm Ffrisby Shef—   And the Said Deft by
   John Roberts his attorney appears to the above accõn and prays-
   liberty thereof to imparle thereto and to Answer at next Court~.
   which is granted the Same day is given the Plt~ also.
