                                    March Court 1715
   words thereon Endorsed as folls viz Cepi Corpus pr Wm Frisby Sher.
   And the afd Plts by Thomas Bowne their attry prays the Said Deft
   may give Special Bayle to the above accõn which is granted .
   After which Mr William Frisby of this Coty Comes into Court and Acknow
  :ledged himselfe Special Bayle to the afd Accõn and undertakes.
   the Payment of the Debt afd & Cost thereon accrueing if in Case the
   Said Plts. Shall obtaine Judgm.t~ against the Said Def~ in the
   Said Accõn of Debt and the Said Deft~ the Condemnation afd Shall
   not Satisfie nor himselfe to the Custody of the Sherf of Said County.
   deliver or that the Said William Frisby the body of the Said Deft~.
   Shall not render &ca —   After which the Sd Deft by John Johnson
   his attorney appears to the above accõn and prays liberty thereof
   to imparle thereto and to Answer at next Court which is granted the
   Same day is given the Plts in like manner —————
   John Hodges | This being an accõn of D.t~ for the Sume of one
           at | thousand pds of Tobo. the Same writ was returnd
   Thomas Cooke   | Non Est Inventus .

Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent
   John Clove    .    . |   County the Sixteenth day of November in
             at | the Second Year of the Reigne of his now Majtie
   Benjamin Griffiths | George &ca. That he take Benjamin Griffiths
   of Kent County Taylor if he Should be found in his Baylwick & him—
   Safe keep So that he have his body before his Said Majesties Jsutices.
   of the next Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester
   in Said County to Answer unto John Clove of a plea of Trespass upon
   ye Case. And that he have then and there the Said writ &ca. Att
   which Said next Court vizt the twentieth day of March the Same
   year last mentioned the day of return of Said writ Came William
   Frisby Gent. high Sherf of Said County and made return thereof
   in these words thereon Endorsed as folls vizt. Cepi Corpus pr Wm Ffrisby Sh[ef]
   And there being a Decln fild which Sets forth the Cause of Accõn~
