                                         March Court 1715
   prays that the Said Deft may give Special Bayle to the above —
   Accõn which is granted
     After which Comes into Court Mr Edward Scott of this County and —
   acknowledged himselfe Special Bayle to the afd Accõn and undertakes
   the Payment of the Debt afd and Cost thereon accrueing if in Case the
   afd Plt. Shall obtaine Judgment against the Said Deft. in the Sd.
   Accõn of Debt And the Said Deft the Condemnation afd Shall not
   Satisfie nor himselfe to the Custody of the Sherf of Said County deliver
   or that the Said Edward Scott the body of the Said Richard Shall not
   render &ca. .   .    After which the Said Deft in his proper person~
   appears to the above Accõn and prays liberty thereof to inmparle ~
   thereto & to Answer at next Court which is Granted the Same day
   is given the Plt also —


Commanded it was to the Sherf of
   Sarah Jewers | Kent County the Sixteenth day of November
           at | in the Second Year of the Reigne of his now
   Richard Fulston | Majestie George &ca. That he take Richard
   Fullston of Kent County Cuper ali Dics Richard Fullstone if he Should
   be found in his Baylwick & him Safe keep So that he have his -
   body before his Said Majesties Jsutices of the next Court to be held at
   our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto
   Sarah Juers of a plea that he render to her the Sum of five hundre and
   fifty and Eight pound of good Sound Marchanabel leaf Tobacco in Cask
   to Contain the Same of ye value of forty Six Shillings and Six pence
   Sterlg money of Great Brittaine which he unjustly detains &ca. And
   that he have then and there the Said writ &ca. At which Said next
   Court viz the twentieth day of March ye Same year last mentioned
   ye day of return of Said writ Came William Frisby Gent high Sherf
   of Said County and made return hereof in these words thereon Endorsed
   as foll viz Cepi Corpus pr Wm Ffrisby She.r And the Said Deft~.
   being Called Came and the Said Plt. by Thomas Bowne her attry &
   prays that the Said Deft may give Special bayle to the above—
   Accõn which is granted
