   of Three hundred and two pounds of Tobacco Costs by the afd Plt James —
   Harris about his Suite in this behalfe laid out & Expended and by the
   Court here of his assent adjudged and the Said Deft in Mercy &ca.
   After which Comes into Court Peter Allaby and John Heading Both .
   of this County and Acknowledged themselves joyntly & Severally —
   Special bayle to the afd Accõn and they and either of them do under
   take the Payment of the Debt & Cost in the Judgment afd if in Case .
   the afd William Mackey Shall not pay the Same himselfe or himself[e]
   to the Custody of the Sherf of Said County deliver or they the Said Peter
   Allaby & John Heading or either of them the body of the Said Willm.
   Shall not render &ca ——

   James Smith of [Lid?] | Commanded it was to the Sherf of
                  at | Kent County the Sixteenth day of Novembr.
   Richard Fulston | in the Second Year of the Reigne of his now
   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ | Majestie George &ca. That he take Richard —
   Fullston of Kent County Cuper ali Dics Richard Fullston of Kent County in
   the Provens of Mareyland Cuper if he Should be found in his Bayl:
  :wick & him Safe keep So that he have his body before his Said
   Majesties Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court house.
   in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto James -
   Smith of the Same plase Planter of a plea that he render to him
   the Sum of five hundred and Eighty and Eight pounds of good.
   Sound Marchandabel leafe Tobacco in Cask to Contain the Same of
   ye value of two pounds nine Shillings Sterling money of Great
   Brittaine which he unjustly detains &ca. And that he have then
   and there the Said writ &ca. .   . Att which Sai[d] next Court vizt.
   the twentieth day of March the Year last mentioned the day of retur[n]
   of Said writ Came William Frisby Gent high Sherf of Said County &
   made return thereof in these words thereon Endorsed as folls
   viz:t Cepi Corpus pr Wm Ffrisby Sherf    And the Said Deft~
   being Called Came And the afd Plt by Thomas Bowne his attry pray[s]
