                                              June Court 1714
   Accõn is that the afd William Taylor Stands Justly Indebted to ye Said William Morris
   the Sume of thirty thousand pounds of Merchantable Tobacco of ye value of one —
   hundred twenty & five pounds Sterling mony as by a Certain writeing obligatory.
   under ye hand & Seal of the said William Taylor bearing date ye Eight day of June
   Annoque Domini Seventeen hundred & Tenn ready to be produced in Court may .
   appear &ca. TBowne pr Morris
        and now at this Court Came the Said Plt by his afd attorney and Prays that
   he may have Judgment for an Attachment agst the goods Chattells Rights and Creditts
   of the afd William Taylor for the afd Sume of Thirty Thousand pounds of Tobacco
   Debt & Cost thereon   Accrueing Therefore it is Considered by the Court here vizt
   this Second day of June Annoque Domini one Thousand Seven hundred and fourteen
   That the Said William Morris for the afd Sume of Thirty Thousand pounds.
   of Tobacco the Debt afd and also the Sume of three hundred and four pounds.
   of Tobacco Costs by him about his Suite in this behalfe expended & by the
   Court here of his assent adjudged against the goods Chattells Rights and Creditts
   of the Said William Taylor have an Attachment &ca.

   Hanse Hanson — |   Trespass upon ye Case The Same writ was returned
           at | Endorsed viz Cepi Corpus pr Ja Harris Shf —
   Dominick Kenslagh | and the Said Deft being Called Come and in his
   proper person appeared to ye above Accõn and prayd Liberty thereof to imparle
   thereof and to Answer as next Court which is granted the Same day is given
   Plt. in like manner &ca—
   Christopher Knight |   Trespass upon ye Case ye Same writ was returnd Endorsed .
           at | viz Cepi Corpus pr Ja Horris Shf — And now at this
   John Radish   —    | Court Come ye Sd Plt by Thomas Bowne his attorney and .
   Prays that the above Accõn may be Entred agreed The Same Accõn Agreed .
   and that all Proceedings therein Cause &ca.
   John Heydon |   This being an Accõn of Trespass upon the Case The Same
           at | writ was Returnd Endorsed Cepi Corpus pr Wm Frisby Shf-
   Peter Massey | and the Said Deft being Called Came   And the Said Plt.
