   as ye Rights of the abovesd William Duffell be Condemned to the use of the Said Plt.
   and that the Said Philip Kennard have thereof Execution &ca. He the Said Plt.
   giveing Securety as in Such Case is Required
        Whereupon Cometh into Court James Smith of this County & Becometh Securety
   for ye afd Philip Kennard that if the Said Deft Shall within an year and Day from~
   awarding ye Same Attachment Come in & appear to the original Accõn & make it~
   appear that he the Said Philip Kennard hath been and is Satisfied ye Demand afd
   or Shall otherways in Court Disrupt or Barr the Said Plt of ye Sume or any part~
   thereof he the Said Philip Kennard Shall make Restitucõn of the goods and Chattells
   Condemned as afd or ye value thereof &ca—.

   William Morris |    Commanded it was to the Sherrife of Kent County [on ye]
           at | Sixth day of March in ye twelfth year of the Reigne of
   William Taylor    | her now Majestie Anne &ca. That he take William Taylor


late of Kent County Labourer alis Dics William Taylor of -
   Said County & Province Planter if he Should be found in his Baylwick & him~
   Safe keepe So that he have his body before her Said Majesties Justices of ye next
   Court to be held at ye Court house in ye Town of Chester in Said County to Answer.
   unto William Morris of Same County Planter of a plea that he render unto him
   the full & just Sume & Quantity of thirty Thousand pounds of good Sound —
   Merchle leafe Tobacco and Cask to Contain ye Sume of ye value of one hundred .
   Twenty & five pounds Sterling money which he unjustly detains &ca. and that
   he have then and there the Said writt &ca. Att which Said next Court viz the
   first day of June Annoque Domini one Thousand Seven hundred and fourteen
   in the twelfth year of the Reigne of her afd Majestie the day of Return of Said writ
   Came William Frisby Gentleman high Sherrife of Said County and made Return
   of Said writ in these words as foll thereon Endorsed viz Non Est Inventus pr W.m
   Ffrisby Sherf.    and a Short note being foll when Said writ Issued forth &.
   a Copy thereof [Expressing?] the true Cause of Accõn left at the Last place of the
   afd Defts abode According to Act of Assembly in Such Case made was as followeth—
   vizt Kent County Ss. William Morris agst. William Taylor Debt The true Cause of
