                                       March Court 1715                                            148  
   of Chester in Said County to Answer unto John Moll of a plea of Trespass upon
   the Case And that he have then and there the Said writ &ca. Att which Sd
   next Court vizt. the twentieth day of March the Same yeare last men:
  :tioned the day of Return of Said writ Came William Frisby Gent high
   Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these words thereon—
   Endorsed as folls vizt. Cepit Corpus pr Wm Ffrisby Shef ——
   And the Said Deft~ being Called Came And the Said Plt by
   Thomas Bowne his attry and Prays that the afd Deft may give
   Special bayle to the above accõn which is granted and afterwds
   Came into Court William Glanvill of this County and Acknowledges .
   himselfe as Special bayle to the afd Accõn and doth undertake
   the Payment of the Damages and Cost ariseing on the Same if in
   Case the Said Plt Shall obtaine Judgment against the afd Deft~
   in the afd Accõn of Trespass upon the Case and that the afd
   Deft~ the Condemnation afd Shall not Satisfie nor himselfe
   to the Custody of the Sherf of Said County deliver or that the
   afd William the body of the Said John Hodges Shall not render &ca.
   And the afd Deft by John Johnson and John Roberts his attrys .
   appears to the above Accõn and defends the force and Injury &ca.
   and Saves to himselfe all and all manner of Exceptions & advantag
  :ages to the writ afd as also to the Decln of the afd Plt and prays —
   liberty thereof to imparle thereto and to Answer at next Court
   which is granted the Same day is given the Plt also .
   William Glanvill | This being an accõn of Trespass upon the Case
                ——— | the Same writ was returnd Cepi Corpus &ca.
                at | And now at this Court Came the afd Plt in
   Peter Walker — | his proper person and Saith the Accon afd
   Between them is agreed and prays it may be So entred The Accon afd.
   agreed and that all proceedings therein Cease &ca.
   Edward Scott —— | This being an Accon of D.t for the Sume of four Thousand
           at | and Sixty pds of Tobo. the Same writ wsa returnd Cepi
   Peter Mercy Francis | non Est Inventus Mercy Cepi Corpus Bellowes & Meeks
