                                         March Court 1715
   And now at this Court Came the afd Plt in his proper person and Saith
   that the accõn afd is Between them agreed And prays it may be So
   entred the Same accõn agreed and that all proceedings therein Cease
   &ca.
   Edward Scott Ex.r - | This being an accõn of Debt for the Sume
   Elias King —— | of fifteen hundred pounds of Tobacco The Same
        at | writ was returnd Cepi Corpus And now at this
   Thomas Thackston | Court Came the afd Plt. and Saith that the

   James Williamson | Commanded it was to the Sherf of~
           —— | Kent County the Sixteenth day of Novembr
             at | in the Second Year of the Reigne of his
   Nathaniel Pearce | now Majestie George &ca. That he take
   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ | Nathaniel Pearce of Kent County Planter
   if he Should be found in his Baylwick & him safe keep So that he
   have his body before his Said Majesties Justices of the next Court to be
   held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County to answ.r
   unto James Williamson of a plea of Trespass upon the Case And that
   he have then and there the Said writ &ca. Att which Said next Cort.
   viz the twentieth day of March ye Same year last mentioned the
   day of return of Said writ Came William Frisby Sherf of Said Coty.
   and made return thereof in these words thereon endorsed as
   folls vizt Cepi Corpus pr Wm Ffrisby Shef. And a Decln being filed
   when Said writ Issued forth and a Copy thereof Served therewith
   (according to Act of Assembly in Such Case made) which is as folls vizt
   Kent Coty Ss. Nathaniel Pearce of Kent County Planter was attaiched to -
   Answer unto James Williamson of a plea of Trespass upon the Case .
   And Whereupon the Said James by John Johnson his attry .
   Complains for that Whereas the afd Nathaniel the Twenty Sixth
   day of Decemb.r Anno Domi Seventeen hundred and fifteen at Shrews
  :bury Parish in Kent County afd within the Jurisdiciõn of this Court
   was Indebted unto the afd James in the Sum of five hundred pds
