                                         March Co.rt 1715
   Executor Came into Court and Saith that he hath goods and CHattells in his
   hands of the afd Thomas Joce dec.d unAdministred and is willing that
   Judgment Should be Entred for the Sume of two Thousand five hundrd
   Twenty Eight pds of Tobo the Debt afd and also the Sume of two hundred
   and fifteen pds of Tobo Cost of Suite in the whole amounting to the
   Sume of Two Thousand Seven hundred forty three pds of Tobacco and
   Cost accrueing on the Same Therefore it is Considered by the
   Court here vizt. this twenty Second day of March Anno Domini
   one Thousand Seven hundred and fifteen That the afd Plt John
   Hughes Recover against the afd Deft Thomas Joce Executor of the afd
   Thomas Joce as well the Sume of two Thousand five hundred twenty
   Eight pounds of Tobo. the Debt in ye Judgment afd Specified and also
   the Sume of two hundred and fifteen pounds of Tobacco Cost in
   the Judgment afd in the whole amounting to the Sume of two
   thousand Seven hundred forty three pounds of Tobo and also the
   Sume of Three hundred Thirty four pounds of Tobacco Cost by
   the Said Plt. abt. his prosecuting the afd writ of Sciri facias in that
   behalfe laid out and Expended and by the Court here adjudged &ca. And
   that the Sd Plt for ye afd Sevrall Sums amounting to the Sume of Three
   Thousand Seventy Seven— pds of Tobo. have thereof Execution agst.
   the goods Chattells and Credits of the afd Dec.d in the hands of the afd
   Executor &ca.

   Bowne his attorney Comes into Court and acknowledges to have —
   Recd in part of the above Judgment the Sume of Two Thousand
   Two hundred and three pounds of Tobacco —————

           at | :teenth day of Novemb.r in the Second year of the Reigne
   John Hodges | of his now Majestie George &ca. That he take John Hodges

   Baylwick & him Safe keep So that y.o have his body before his Said Maj.ties
