   by good and Lawfull men of your Baylwick you make known unto Thom[as]
   Joce Executor of the afd Thomas Joce late of the afd County deceased An[d]
   that he the Said Thomas Joce Executor as afd be and appear before
   ye Justices of our next County Court to be held at our Court house in the
   Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in March next
   to Shew cause if any he have why Execution Should not Issue
   forth against him for the Debt & Cost afd in the Judgment afd Specifi:
  :ed & how y.o Shall Execute this writ that y.o make known to the Justices
   of our Said Court at the day and place afd hereof you are not to —
   faile at your prill And have y.o then and there the names of the -
   persons before whom y.o Shall make the Same known and this
   writ Witness James Harris Gent~ chiefe Justice of our Said Court~.
   this 16.th day of Novemb.r in the Second Year of our Reigne &ca. Ann[o]

   Att which Said next Court viz.t the twentieth day of March ye —
   Same year last mentioned the day of return of Said writ Came
   William Frisby Gent~ high Sherf of Said County and made—
   return thereof in these words thereon endorsed as folls vizt. To the
   Justices within menconed I Certifie that I have made known—
   unto the within mentioned Thomas Joce Executor of Thomas Joce
   deceased within mentioned that he Said Thomas Joce Exr. as afd
   be and app.r at the day and place within Specified to Shew Cause
   if any he have why Judgm.t~ Should not goe against him for ye
   debt & Cost in the Judgment within Specified to Satisfie to ye within
   named John Hughes the Judgment afd Specified and have made~
   the within Known before James Frisby and Michael Hacket good
   & Lawfull men of my Baylwick as ye within Exacteth & requireth pr
   Wm Frisby Shef—    And the Said Executor being Called the
   afd Plt by Thomas Bowne his attry Comes and prays that the
   afd Executor may Answr. unto the afd Sciri facias And the Said
                                                                                                Exr.
