   Debt and the Said Deft~ the Condemnation afd Shall not Satisfie nor him:
  :selfe to the Custody of the Sherf of Said County deliv.r or that the afd Thomas
   the body of the Said William Shall not render &ca——
   And the Said Deft.~ by John Roberts his attr appears to the above
   accõn and prays liberty thereof to imparle and answer at next Court which
   is granted the Same day is given the Plt~. also ——
   John Smithson | This being an accõn of dt. for the Sume of Seven~
             at | hundred ninety four pds of Tobo the Same writ was
   Robert Mackey | returnd Non Est Inventus &ca ——

   Robert Maxfield | five hundred Sixty two pds of Tobo The Same
