   the afd Plt. by his attry afd prays that the afd Decln may Answ.r and the Sd
   Deft being Called Came And in his proper person appeared to the afd
   Accõn and Saith that he Cannot gainsay the Accon afd of him the Sd Plt
   and that he hath had of the afd Plts as in the afd Account Set forth
   and that he oweth unto the afd Plt the afd Sume of five hundred
   forty & Six pounds of Tobacco and is willing that Judgment Should be
   entred for the Same and Cost thereon accrueing Therefore it is Con:
   :sidered by the Court here vizt. this twenty Second day of March Anno
   Domini one thousand Seven hundred and fifteen That the afd
   Plt. James Harris Recover against the Said Deft Anthony
   Baker as well the afd Sume of Ffive hundred forty & Six pounds
   of Tobacco Damages and also the Sume of two hundred Eighty
   two pounds of Tobacco Costs by the Said Plt about his Suite in this
   behalfe laid out and Expended and by the Court here of his assent~
   adjudged and the Said Deft. in mercy &ca.

   John Moore Wear | This being an accõn of Debt for the Sume of
           at | four hundred & Sixty pds of Tobo the Said writ
   Dom Kenslagh | was returnd Endorsed Non Est Inventus ——

   William Glanvill~ | This being an Accõn of Trespass upon
             at | the Case the Sd writ was returnd Endorsed
   Thomas Cooke~~ - | Cepi Corpus &ca. And the Sd Deft being -
   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ | Called Came and the Sd Plt by Thomas—
   Bowne his Attry prays that the Sd Deft may give Sp.l bayle to the
   above Accõn which is granted and that he be kept in Safe Custody
   untill he Shall give Special bayle &ca. After which Came into Court
   the afd Plt. in his proper person and Saith that the accõn afd between
   them is agreed and prays it may be So entered and that all proceed:
