   the day of return of Said writ Came William Frisby Gent~ high Sherf of
   Said County and made Return thereof in these words thereon Endorsed
   as folls. vizt. Cepi Corpus pr Wm Ffrisby Sherf ——
    Edward Scott. . | This being an accõn of Debt for the Sume
           ——— | of two Thousand Seven hundred forty four The
             at | Same writ was returnd endorsed Cepi Corpus &ca.
   Edward Skidmore | And now at this Court vizt. this twenty Second
   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ | day of March Came the afd Plt. in his proper
   person and Saith the afd Accon Between them is agreed and prays
   i[t] may be So entered The Same accõn agreed and that all proceeding[s]
   therein Cease &ca —
   Edward Scott . | This being an accõn of Debt for the Sume
          at | of Sixteen hundred pds of Tobo the Same—
   John Tweigue [?] | writ was returned Endorsed viz Non Est Inventus
  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

   James Harris | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kt Coty
           at | the Sixteenth day of Novemb.r in the Second —
   Antho Baker . | year of the Reigne of his now Majestie George &ca.
  ~~~~~~~~~~~~ | That he take Anthony Baker of Kent County .
   Planter if he Should be found in his Baylwick & him Safe keep So that
   he have his body before his Said Majesties Justices of the next Court [to]
   be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County to -
   Answer unto James Harris of a plea of Trespass on the Case hereof he
   was not to faile and that he was to have then and there the
   Said writ [&ca.] Att which Said next Court vizt the twentieth day
   of March the Same year was last mentioned the day of return of Sd
   writ Came William Frisby Gent high Sherf of Said County and —
   made return thereof in these words thereon Endorsed as foll.
   vizt. Cepi Corpus pr Wm Ffrisby Sherf.    And a Decln being fild
   when Said writ Issued forth and a Copy thereof Served therewith
   (according to Act of Assembly in Such Case made) which is as
   folls vizt. Kent County Maryland Ss Anthony Baker late of Kent-.
   County Planter was attached to answer unto James Harris of a plea
   of Trespass upon the Case And Whereupon the Said James by Jno Johnso[n]
