                                         March Co.rt 1715
   And the Said Deft. in his Capacity afd by John Roberts his attry aprs to
   the above accõn.. And a Decln being fild in the accõn in ord.r for tryal
   this Court but no plea being put in Rule is now given for the Deft~ to
   plead tenn days after Court if not then the plt. to have Judgment
   for want of the Same and thereupon the Said accon was Contind
   untill the then next Court
   Ebenezer Blackiston | This being an Accõn of Trespass upon—
                  at | the Case the Said writ was returnd by the
   Samuel Berry — | Sherf endorsed Cepi Corpus pr Wm Ffrisby Shef.
   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ | And now at this Court Came the Said plt.
   in his proper person and Saith that the Said Accõn is agreed and -
   prays that the Same may be So entred The Same accõn agreed &
   that all proceedings therein Cease &ca. ———
   Thomas Bruff — | George &ca To the Sherf of Kent County
           ——— | greeting wee Command y.o that y.o take the
             at | body of Edward Williams of Kt County —
   Edward Williams    | otherwise called Edward Williams of Kent
   County Planter if he Shall be found in your Baylwick & him safe keep
   [so] that y.o have his body before the Justices of our next County Court to
   be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County on the
   third tuesday in March next to Satisfie unto Thomas Bruff of Dorches:
  :ter County Inholder as well the Sume of Three Thousand pounds .
   of Tobacco Debt by him the Said Thomas Bruff Recovered against~.
   the Said Edward Williams before the Justices of our Said Court on the
   Sixteenth day of August last Anno Domini one Thousand Seven —
   hundred and fifteen whereof he is Convict as appears upon Record
   as also the Sume of Three hundred fifty Seven pounds of Tobacco
   Cost of Suite as also together with the Sume of forty Six pounds of
   Tobacco additional Cost hereof faile not at your prill & have you
   then and there this writ Witness James Harris Gent chiefe Justices
   of our Said Court this 16.th day of Novembr. in the Second Year of
   our Reigne &ca. Anno Domini 1715   Earle pr. qr.      Jams Smith Clk
