                                         March Court 1715
   the Said Deft may give Special bayle to the afd accõn which is granted
   and that Wm Frisby Gent high Sherf of Said County keep ye Sd Deft in Custody
   untill he Shall give Special bayle   After which Comes into Court the a[fd]
   [P]lt. in proper person and relinquishes the afd Thomas from the Special
   [Ba]yle afd And Saith that the accõn afd Between them is agreed and
   prays it may be So entred The Same accõn agreed and that all proceedings
   therein Cease &ca—
   James Connylin | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County
           —— | the [illegible]nth day of November in the Second -
               at | year of the Reigne of his now Majestie George &ca.
   Joseph Milby — | That he take Joseph Milby of Kent County Plant[er]
   if he Shold be found in his baylwick and him Safe keep So that he
   have his body before his Said Majesties Justices of the next Court to
   be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answ.r
   unto James Connylin of a plea of Trespass upon ye Case And that he
   have then and there the Said writ &ca    Att which Said next Court
   vizt. the twentieth day of March ye Same Year last mentioned the day
   of return of Said writ Came William Frisby Gent high Sherf of Said
   County and made return thereof in these words thereon Endorsed as
   folls viz.t Cepi Corpus pr Wm Frisby Sher———
   And the Said Deft by James Earle his attry appears to the above
   accõn and prays liberty thereof to imparle thereto and to answr. at
   [ne]xt Court which was granted the Same day was given ye Plt in like
   [m]anner
   Frances Crawford | This being an accon of Trespass upon the
           ——— | Case The Same writ was returnd by the Sherf
             at | Cepi Corpus &ca. And now at this Court Came
   Robert Clay —      | the afd Plt by Thomas Bowne her attry and
   Saith that the above accon Between the Plt & Deft~ is agreed and pray[s]
   it may be So entred. The Same accõn agreed and that all proceedings
   therein Cease &ca —
