   Richard Bennett Esqr. | This being an accõn of Dt for ye Sume of
           at | Seven pounds one Shilg &ca. The Same writ was
   Dominick Kenslagh     | returnd Non Est Inventus .
   James Harris . . | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent Coun[ty]
             at | the Sixteenth day of November in the Se[cond]
   Christopher Knight |    That he take Christopher Knight of Kent
  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ | County Planter if he Should be found in his .
   Baylwick & him Safe keep So that he have his body before his Said
   Majesties Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court house in~~
                                                                  late Sherf of Sd County . . .
   the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto James Harris^ of
   a plea of Trespass upon the Case And that he have then and there
   the Said writ &ca.    Att which Said next Court vizt. the twentieth day
   of March ye Same year last mentioned the day of return of Said writ
   Came William Frisby Gent high Sherf of Said County and made
   return thereof thereof in these words thereon Endorsed as folls viz
   Cepi Corpus   pr Wm Ffrisby Shef. . .   And a Decln being filed in~
   Said Accon before the Said writ Issued forth and a Copy thereof Ser[ved]
   there with (according to An Act of Assembly in that Case made) was
   as folls viz Kent County Ss. Christopher Knight of Kent County Planter was
   attaiched to Answer unto James Harris late Sherf of Sd County of a plea of
   Trespass upon the Case And Whereupon the afd James by Thomas
   Bowne his Attry Complains for that whereas ye afd Christopher the
   Seventh day of November Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and
   thirteen at S.t Pauls Parish in Kent County afd within the Jurisdiciõn
   of this Court was Indebted to ye Said James then Sherf of Sd County for —
   divers Ffees then & there due to ye Said James in his ye Sd James’s Said —
   office in the Sum of thirteen hundred & fourteen pounds of Merchant
  :able Tobacco and being So Indebted as afd the Sd Christopher aftewards
   viz ye afd Seventh day of November Anno Domini Seventeen hund:
  :red & thirteen at S.t Pauls Parish in Kent County afd within the Jurisdiciõn
