   William Simson—       | Came the afd Plt in his proper person and Sa[ith]
   that the accõn Between them is agreed and prays it may be So en[tered]
   The Same accõn agreed and that all proceedings therein Cease &ca-
   Nathl Pearce & Ux.r | This being an accõn of Trespass upon the Case
   Exrx David Young — | the Same writ was returnd by ye Sherf Cepi Corpus
                     at | &ca. And now at this Court Came the afd Plt in
   William Brace —         | his Proper person and Saith that the accon afd
   Between them is agreed and prays it may be So entred The Same accõn—
