                                              June Court 1714
   of four hundred & fifteen pounds of Tobacco Cost of Suite as also together
   with the additional Cost thereon Accrueing and that by good & Lawfull men-
   of your Baylwick you make known unto the Party or Parties in whose hands
   you make ye Same Attachm.t as afd that he She or they be and appear
   before ye Justices of our Said Court at ye time and place afd to Shew cause -
   (if any) why ye Same ought not to be Condemned in his her or there hands
   for Satisfaccõn of the Debt & Cost afd And have y.o then & there ye names
   of the persons before whom y.o Shall make the Same known and this writ
   witness William Pearce Gentleman chiefe Justice of our Said Court this Sixth
   day of March in ye twelfth Year of our Reigne &ca. Annoque Domini 1713.
   Cooke pr Querr Jams Smith Clk    Att which Said next Court viz the first day
   of June Annoque Domini one Thousand Seven hundred and fourteen in ye.
   thirteenth year of her Said Majesties Reigne the day of Return of Said writt Came.
   William Frisby Gentleman high Sherrife of Said County and made return—
   thereof in these words thereon Endorsed as folls viz.t Maryland Kent County Ss.
   By vertue of ye within writ to me directed to ye Justices within menconed I Certifie
   that I have attached in ye hands and Possession of a Certain Mathew Beck [?] of ye.
   abovesd County Planter Six hogs (to witt) five Sows and one Stoned hogg
   Called a bore of ye price of four hundred & Eighty pounds Tobacco appraised by
   Timothy Slauter & William Kennard and have made known to ye above .
   Mathew Beck that he be & appear at ye time & place within mencõned to.
   Shew cause if any he have why ye afd good and Chattells Should not be -
   condemned according to Law before John Beck Junior and John Williams -
   good and Lawfull men of my Baylwick to Satisfie ye within Philip Kennard part
   of the Debt & Cost within menconed as ye within writ Exacteth & Requireth
   pr Wm Ffrisby Sher.f and now at this Court Comes the Said Plt by Francis.
   Cooke his attorney and Prays Condemnation of the afd Six hoggs in ye return
   of ye attachment above mentioned Amounting to the Sume of four hundred
   and Eighty pounds of Tobacco.    Therefore it is Considered by the Court here
   viz.t this Second day of June Annoque Domini one Thousand Seven hundred
   and fourteen That the afd Goods viz the five Sows and a bore in ye hands of a Certain
   Mathew Beck Amounting to the Sume of four hundred and Eighty pounds of Tobo.
