                                         June Court 1714                                                    13   
   hath Recd no part of the abovesd Sume of Sixty Six pounds Eleaven Shillings -
   Sterll. and that the Same is Justly due to him &ca. And that at the Same Court
   Came the Said Plt by Thomas Bowne his attorney and Prays that an Attachmt.
   may to him be granted against the goods Chattells Rights and Creditts of the
   Said Sr Robert Dunckley for the abovesd Sume of money and Cost thereon——
   Accrueing The Said Plt. by his Said Attorney alleadges that they have.
   Complyed wt. ye Act of Assembly in Such Case made &ca. Therefore it .
   is Considered by the Court here viz this Second day of June Annoque .
   Domini one Thousand Seven hundred and fourteen   That for the afd
   Sume of Sixty Six pounds Eleaven Shillings Sterllg money of Great Brittaine
   Damages by reason of the Said Deft his not performing his promise & —
   Assumpcõn afd and also the Sume of Three hundred Twenty four pounds
   of Tobacco Costs by him about his Suite in this behalfe Expended and by
   the Court here of his assent adjudged against the goods & Chattells Rights &
   Creditts of the Said Sr Robert Dunckley have an Attachmt. &ca.

   William Duffell Estate | |
 ——————— | the Suite of ye Said Plt. against ye Said Deft~ as
   followeth vizt. Anne &ca. To the Sherf of Kent County greeting we Command
   you that you Attach any ye Goods Chattells Rights and Creditts of William—
   Duffell of Kent County in ye Province of Maryland Planter alis Dics Wm—
   Duffell of Kent County in ye Province aforesd Planter if they Shall be found
   in your Baylwick to ye value of Twelve Thousand pounds of Tobacco and when-
   y.o have the Same So Attached or any Part thereof ye Same in your Custody .
   keepe So that y.o have ye Same before ye Justices of our next County Court to be.
   held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County on the first—
   Tuesday in June next to Satisfie unto Philip Kennard of ye County afd Merchant
   as well the Sume of Eleaven Thousand four hundred & forty pounds of good
   Sound Merchantable Tobacco Debt upon Judgment obtained against the Said
   William Duffell before ye Justices of our Said Court on the fifth day of —
   August Last whereof he was Convict as appears upon Record as also ye Sume
