   August 15.th 1715    Errors Excepted pr (Signd pr ordr) Saml Philips
   And the Said Deft being Called Came and the Said Plt by his
   Said attry prays that the Said Deft~ may give Speciall bayle to
   ye afd Accõn which is granted and that William Frisby Gent high
   Sherf of Said County keep the Said SamuelSlitein Safe Custody untill
   he Shall give Special bayle to ye afd Accõn——
   Rule is given to the Said Deft to putt in his plea in Six hours.
   otherwise Judgment to go agst. him by default~.
   And now at this day viz this twenty Second day of March Anno.
   Domini one Thousand Seven hundred and fifteen the time given~
   for the Said Deft to plead being past and no plea being affered by
   which the Said Plt. may Still remaine undefended Therefore it
   is Considered by the Court here viz the Same day last mentioned.
   That the afd Plt~ Samuel Philips have a writ awarded to ye Sherf
   of Said County. that by the Oaths of Twelve &ca. To enquire of ye Dam:
  :ages afd Sustained by the Said Samuel Slite his not performing
