                                     March Court 1715
   these words thereon endorsed as folls viz Cepi Corpus pr
                                                                            Wm Ffrisby Shr.
   And the Said Deft Came and in his proper person aprd to
   the afd accõn and prayd liberty thereof to imparle thereto &
   to Answer at next Court which is granted the Same day is
   given the Plt in like manner ——
   William Harcum | Commanded it was to the Sherf
              ——— | of Kent County the Sixteenth day of
                 at | November in the Second Year of the
   John Inggram | Reigne of his now Majestie George &ca.
   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ | that he take John Inggrum late of
   Kent County Cooper ali Dics John Inggrum of ye County of Kent
   aforesaid Coopr. if he Should be found in his Baylwick and him
   Safe keep so that y.o have his body before his Said Majesties Justices
   of the next Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester.
   in Said County to Answer unto William Harcum of Said County Taylar of
   a plea that he render to him ye full and just Sume of foure hundred & fifty
   five pounds of every way well qualified Merchantable leafe Tobacco
   clear from all manner of Trash and ground leavs and old Tobacco in
   Cask to Containe ye Same of ye value of one pounds Seventeen Shillings
   & Eleven pence Sterling money which he unjustly detains &ca. hereof
   he was to faile &ca. And that he have then and there the Said writ
   &ca.
        Att which Said next Court vizt. the Twentieth day of March ye.
   Same year afd the day of return of Said writt Came William Frisby-
   Gent~ high Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these
   words thereon Endorsed as folls viz Cepi Corpus pr Wm Ffrisby Shef—
   And a Decln being filed when Said writ Issued forth and a Copy thereof
   Served therewth. according to Act of Assembly in Such Case made was
   as folls. viz Kent County Ss John Inggrum late of Kent County Cooper
