   the Sherf Cepi Corpus &ca. And now at this Court Came the afd plt by —
   Thomas Bowne his Attry and Said that the accon afd is agreed &.
   prays it may be So entred The Same accõn agreed and that all
   proceedings therein Cease &ca ——
   Nathll Hynson | This being an accõn of Trespass upon the Case
           at | The Sherf returnd the Same Cepi Corpus &ca .
   Thomas Cooke | And now at this Court Came the afd Plt in
   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ | his proper person and Saith that Accõn afd -
   Between them is agreed and prays it may be So entrd The Same
   accõn agreed and that all proceedings therein Cease &ca ——
   Edward Williams | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent
             at | County the Sixteenth day of November in
   John Jones — | the Second Year of the Reigne of his now
   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ | Majestie George &ca. That he take John
   Jones of Kent County in ye Province of Maryland Planter ali:Dic[s]
   John Gons of Kent County in ye Province of Maryland Planter
   if he Should be found in his Baylwick & him Safe keep So that
   he have his body before his Said Majesties Justices of the next
   Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in~
   Said County to Answer unto Edward Williams of a plea that
   he render to him one two year old heifer of ye price of thirty
   Shillings Currant money of Maryland which he unjustly —
   detains and ten Shillings currant money of Maryland which
   to him he oweth & from him unjustly detaineth &ca. And
   that he have then and there the Said writ &ca. . Att wch
   next Court viz the twentieth day of March the Year afd —
   the day of return of Said writ Came William Frisby Gent
   high Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in~
