                                         March Court 1715
   Justices of our Said Court on the fifteenth day of Novemb.r instant whereof
   he is Convict as appears upon Record as also the Sume of Three hundred
   and five pounds of Tobacco Cost of Suit as also together with the Sume
   of forty Six pounds of Tobacco additionall Cost hereof faile not at your
   perill and have you then and there this writ Witness James Harris
   Gent chiefe Justice of our Said Court this 16th day of Novemb.r in the
   Second Year of our Reign &ca. Anno Domi 1715    JEarle pr q.r Jams Smith Clk
   Att which Said next Court viz the Twentieth day of March the Same
   year last mentioned the day of Return of Said writ Came William
   Frisby Gent high Sherf of Said County and made return thereof
   in these words thereon Endorsed as folls viz   Cepi Corpus pr
                                                                                 Wm Ffrisby Shf.
   Edward Worrell | This being an accõn of Trespass the Sherf
           at | returnd the Same Cepi Corpus &ca. And now
   Joseph Wright - | at this Court Came the afd Plt in his proper -
  ~~~~~~~~~~~~ | person and Said that the accon afd Between them


is agreed and prays it may be So entred The Same
   Accõn agreed and that all proceedings therein Cease &ca.   but before
   the Said Accõn was Agreed In the afd^Deft byJohn Johnson his attry aprd
   to the above Accõn &ca. but that it Cease as afd —————
   Nathl Hynson | This being an Accõn of Trespass the Sherf-
           at | returnd the Same Cepi Corpus &ca. . And now at
   James Dore . | this Court Came the afd Plt. in his proper person
  ~~~~~~~~~~ | and Said that the accõn afd Between them
