   ordered by this Court here that the afd John Murphey give Surety for —
   his fine being Six hundred pounds of Tobacco
   Francis Collins afd Comes into Court and acknowledges himselfe
   Indebted to his Lord Ship his heires and Success.rs in the Sume of —
         to be Leveyd on his goods and Chattells &ca
   Six hundred pounds of Tobo.^ if in Case he do not pay the Said.
   Sume to this County the Ensueing year ——

      Thomas Hill proves an Accompt agst Christopher Bateman~
     for the Sume of Three pounds five Shills and Eight pence ——
      Court adjourns till To morrow morning Eight Clock ~~~
                     againe meets .

   if he Shall be found in your Baylwick & him Safe keep So that you
   have his body before the Justices of our next County Court to be held.
   at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County on the Third
   Tuesday in March next to Satisfie unto Edward Williams as well~
   the Sume of five pounds Currant Silver money of Said Province
   debt by him the Said Plt recovered against the Said Deft before the
