                                         March Court 1715
   The afd Thomas Joce in August Co.rt last Entrd into Recog for his appearance
   to the then next Court And at the then next Court viz the fifteenth day of .
   November the Same was Continued untill the then next Court at which—
   Said next Court viz this twenty first day of March the Said Thomas Joce .
   Came into Court and in his proper person appeared to the Same . ordered .
   that the Same be discharged
   Thomas Joce afd at August Court afd Entrd into Recog in the Sume of .
   Twenty pounds Sterlg to be Levey’d &ca. if he did not make his personall
   appearance at then next Court to Answer unto all Such things as Should
   be objected ag.st him on behalfe of his Majestie and that in the mean
   time he was to be of good behaviour &ca there being nothing alleadgd
   why the Same Should not be discharged This Court here discharges
   the Same
   Oliver Hickembotom and Edward Beck Jun.r at the Same time afd
   Entred into Recog.e in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterlg Each to be
   Leveyd &ca. Conditionally that if the Sd Thomas Joce did not appr
   and answer as afd This Court here discharges the Said Recognizs.

           at | prietarie of this Province & the body of Kent County
   Ruth Pillow | upon their Oath do present that Ruth Pillow late of .
   ~~~~~~~~~~ | Kent County in the Province afd Spinster ye first day -
   of October in the year of our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred & fifteen
   at Morgans Creek upper hundred in the County afd & within the Jurisdic:
  :cõn of this Court & at divers other days & times as well before as after
   the fear of God before her Eyes not having did comitt fornication with .
   a Certain John Murphey to ye high displeasure of Almighty God & to
   ye evill Example of others ag.st the peace &ca & agst the form of an .
   Act of Assembly of this province in that Case made & provided
   Johnson pr Dne propriet.r    on the back of the preceeding bill was
   Endorsed as folls   Billa vera   pr   Simon Wilmer foreman~
