   delivered of And Saith that She Submitts herselfe to the Court on the Same
   Therefore it is Considered by the Court here that the afd Margret Edwin-
   pay the Sume of thirty Shillings Currant money of the Province afd Debt~
   for Committing the fact of fornicacõn afd according to Act of assembly in
   Such Case made &ca and also the Sume of one hundred and ninety -
   two pounds of Tobacco Cost ariseing on the premises afd . ordered that
   the above fine be delivered to ye Sherf. which was accordingly done

   Thomas Joce | Bay Lower hundred in the County of Kent Afd and within


the Jurisdiciõn of this Court the first day of August Anno -
   Domini one Thousand Seven hundred and fifteen at the Parish of St.
   Pauls in ye Coty afd and within ye Jurisdiciõn afd and at divers other .
   days and times as well before as Since did Comit fornication with a Certain
   Margret Edwin to ye high displeasure of Almighty God & to ye Evill —
   Example of others ag.st the peace and agst the form of an Act of Assembly
   of this Province Johnson pr Domi Propr. the Same bill was under -
   writ viz Billa vera pr Simon Wilmer foreman   And the afd Thos
   being Called Came and in his proper person appeared to the Same [&]
   being Read to him & being demanded whether he is guilty or not
   guilty as above Saith that he is guilty of Committing fornicacõn .
   with the afd Margret Edwin as above Set forth & Submits himselfe
   to the Court on the Same . Therefore it is Considered by the
   Court here vizt. this twenty first day of March Anno Domi one—
   Thousand Seven hundred and Ffifteen That the afd Thomas Joce
   pay the Sume of thirty Shillings Currant money Debt for Comiting
   the fact of fornication afd according to Act of Assembly in Such
   Case made &ca. and also the Sume of one hundred and Seventy .
   Eight pounds of Tobacco Cost ariseing on the premises afd .ordered
   by the Court that the fine be delivered to ye Sherf which was accordingly -
