                                         March Cort 1715
   His Majestie    . | The Said Henry haveing been Charged with the —
           at | Committing fornication w.th a Certain Hannah Litman
   Henry Trulock | and thereby begott her with Child as by her oath Entrd


in the Records of last Courts proceedings may apr &ca.
   The afd Henry Comes into Court and in his proper person appears to the
   Same and Submits himselfe to the Court and Saith that he is guilty of
   Committing fornication with the afd Hannah Litman Therefore it is
   Considered by the Court here viz this twenty first day of March Anno
   Domini one Thousand Seven hundred and fifteen That there by —
   Recovered for the use of the County the Sume of Six hundred pounds of
   Tobacco Debt against the afd Henry Trulock for Committing fornication
   as afd. accoridng to Act of Assembly in Such Cased made &ca. and also —
   the Sume of one hundred forty Six pounds of Tobacco Cost ariseing .
   on the premises
   ordered that Surety be gave for the fine afd . on which comes into
   Court Francis Bellows of this County and acknowledges himselfe
   indebted to his Lord Ship his heires and Successrs in the Sume of Six
   hundred pounds of Tobo. to be Leveyd on his goods and Chattells
   Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he do not pay the Same
   Six hundred pounds of Tobo. to ye Coty the ensuing Cropp it being -
   for the fine afd wherewith he acknowledges himselfe Content—
   ordered by this Court here that the Said Henry Trulock give Surety .
   to keep the Coty harmless from the Charge that hath or Shall accrue
   to the Coty on Acco.t of the afd Child -
   ordered by this Court that the Master of the afd Henry when free
   deliv.r the Said Henry up to the Court &ca ——
    But William Brown of this County Comes into Court and Saith
   that he will take the afd Child and Clear the afd Henry Trulock from
   all Charge that may arise on Account of the Same The Same being
