                                              June Court 1714
   Edward Scott . . . |    Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County the
        at | Sixth day of March in ye twelfth year of the Reigne of:
   Sr Robt Dunckley | her now Majestie Anne &ca. That he take Sr Robert—
——————— | Dunckley late of the City of London Merch:t if he Should
   be found in his Baylwick & him Safe keep So that he have his body —
   before her Said Majesties Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court—
   house in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto Edward Scott. of
   Kent County in ye Province of Maryland Gentleman of a plea of Trespass
   upon the Case And that he have then & there the Said writ &ca.
     Att which Said next Court vizt. the first day of June Annoque Domi
   one Thousand Seven hundred and fourteen in the thirteenth year of the
   Reigne of her afd Majestie Anne &ca. the day of return of Said writt Came.
   James Harris Gentn and made Return of Said writ Endorsed as folls vizt.
   Non Est Inventus pr Ja Harris Shf ——
   But a Short note being fild before the above writ Issued and a Copy thereof:
   Sent therew.th Expressing the true Cause of Accõn to be Left in ye Defts attrys .
   hands According to Act of assembly in Such Cases made was as folls vizt ——
   Kent County in Maryland Ss Edward Scott agst Sr Robert Dunckley Trespass
   upon the Case Short note The true Cause of Accõn the Said Sr Robert Dunckley —
   Stands indebted to the Said Edward Scott in the Sume of Sixty one pounds fourteen
   Shillings Sterllg as by his Acco.t of Sale of thirteen hhds. Tobacco to the Said .
   Edward Scott Dated in London in ye Year of our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred
   and Eleaven and also the Said Sr Robert Dunckley Stands indebted to the Said Edward
   Scott in ye Sume of four pounds Seventeen Shillings Sterllg as by his Acco.t of Sale
   of one hhd Tobo. Dated in London afd in ye Same year afd which in the whole.
   Amounts to the Sume of Sixty Six pounds Eleaven Shill.s Sterllg mony of Great—
   Brittaine the which the Said Sr Robert Dunckley hath made no Satisfaccõn to
   the Said Edward Scott on which the Said Edward Prays that an Attachment
   may to him be granted against the goods Chattells Rights & Creditts of ye Said
   Sr Robert Dunckley According to Act of Assembly in Such Case made & Provided
   &ca. Bowne pr Querr —    And now at this Court Came the Said Plt and .
   takes his Corporall oath on the Holy Evangilists of Almighty God and Saith that
