   the Said Deft Christopher Bateman as well the Sume of one Thousand and Two pounds
   of Tobacco Debt afd as also the Sume of Three hundred and Seventeen pounds of Tob.o
   Cost by the Said James about his Suite in this Behalfe expended and by the Court
   here of his assent adjudged and the Said Deft in mercy &ca. But that Execution-
   Cease as abovesd    .

   Richard James | and the Said Deft being Called Came and in his propr.

   thereof to imparle thereto and to answ.r at next Court w.ch is granted the Same .
   day is given ye Plt in Like manner &ca ——
