                                                March Court 1715
   our Province be it whensoever or wheresoever to be holden there to be try’d and wee
   Command you & every of yo. dilegently to Intend ye keeping of the peace Ordinances
   & Statutes and all and every ye premises and that at your County Courts you make
   Inquisition & hear and determine as afd doing therein what to Justices apper
  :taines according to the Laws and Customes afd And further wee do Constitute
   ordaine and appoint You the Said James Harris Nathaniel Hynson William~
   Pott Edward Scott William Comegys Michael Miller William Blay Lambert
   Wilmer and Henry Lowe or any three or more of y.o as afd to issue out
   writts precepts process and attachm.ts and hold plea of oyer & Terminer of all
   accõns popular & upon the Statute & of all accõns personall of whatsortsoever
   wherein the demand doth not Exceed the Sume of one hundred pounds Sterlg
   or thirty Thousand pounds of Tobacco and all accons personall now depending
   before y.o be the demand how greatsoever and after Judgment Execution to
   award in all Such Causes & accons as afd according to the afd Laws orders &
   Customes of the Kingdome of great Brittaine called England & this our —
   Province in which Said accõns so to be try’d wee do Constitute ordain &
   appoint you the Said James Harris Nathaniel Hynson William Pott Edwd
   Scott Wm Comegys Mich.l Miller Wm Blay Lambert Wilmer and Henry Lowe
   and none others to be Judges also by these presents wee do Command the -
   Sherf of our Said County of Kent that at the Severall Courts to be held for our Sd
   County he give his attendance and Cause to Come before y.o or any three or
   more of y.o as afd Such and So many good and lawfull men of his bailywick
   out of Each & every hundred thereof by whom the truth of the matter in the
   premises may be the better known & Enquired of Lastly you Shall Cause to be
   brought before y.o at your Said Courts all writs precepts process and Indictments
   to your Courts & Jurisdiccõns belonging that the Same may be Inspected &
   by due Course of Law be determined witness our trusty and well beloved John
   Hart Esquier our Cap.t Generall and Governour in Chiefe in and over this our
   province of Maryland and the Territories thereunto belonging the 15.th day
   of February in the first year of our Dominion &ca. Annoq Domini 1715
