124 Spearman who takes their Oaths that they Each possest Fforty pounds Sterlg in goods and Chattells &ca. And the poles afd being Compared together there was four Electors more for M.r Nathaniel Hynson then was for M.r Thomas Ringgold which the Sherf gave notice and desired that if there was any more for M.r Thomas Ringgold that they would ^Comein but no more appearing the Sherf gave notice that Mr Nathaniel Hynson was Elected And Indentures was Signed by the afd Sherf & Electors for the Said M.r Nathaniel Hynson The Electors do farther Proceed and bring in Mr Daniel Pearce and offer M.r Edward Scott and Mr Thomas Ringgold but afterwards Come in And Say that they make Choice of M.r Edward Scott & that they wholly decline the other two on which the afd Sherf gave notice that M.r Edward Scott was Elected And Indentures was Signed by the Said Sherf and Electors for the Said Mr Edward Scott. And this Court adjourns to the Twenty third day of Apl next~ at which time where the Said Delgates are to meet^ as Genrall assembly to be held at the Citty of Annapolis &ca. ~~~ Jams Smith Clk Att A Court held for Kent County at the Court house in the Town~ of Chester in Said County on the Twentieth day of March in the Second year of the Reign of Our Sovereign Lord George by the Grace of God of Great Brittaine France and Ireland King Defender of the faith &c.a Anno Domi one Thousand Seven hundred and fifteen before
