   acknowledgeth himselfe as Special bayle to ye afd Accõn and doth.
   undertake the payment of the Debt afd and the Cost thereon accrueing
   if it Shall happen that the afd Plt Should obtaine Judgment agst
   the afd Deft~. in the afd Accõn of Debt and the Said Deft the—
   Condemnation afd Shall not Satisfie nor himselfe to the Custody
   of the Sherf of Said County deliver or that the Said John Reed .
   the body of the Said Peter Couard Shall not render &ca.
   And now the Said Deft in his proper person appears to the afd
   accõn and Saith that he Cannot gainsay the accon afd of him~
   the Said Deft~ nor but that the writeing obligatory above mention’d
   is his act~ and Deed and that he oweth unto the Said Plt. the —
   Sume in the Decln afd mentioned and is willing that Judgment~
   Shall be entred for the Same and Cost thereon accrueing There:
  :fore it is Considered by the Court here vizt. this fifteenth—
   day of November Annoque Domini one Thousand Seven—
   hundred and fifteen That the afd Plt~ John Mading do Recover
   against the afd Deft Peter Couard as well the Sume of five —
   hundred pounds of Tobacco the Debt afd as also the Sume of
   Three hundred and Nine pounds of Tobacco Costs by the afd Plt~.
   about his Suite in this behalfe expended and by the Court—
   here of his assent adjudged And the Said Deft~. in mercy &ca
