                                    Novemb.r Court 1715
   of a plea that he render to him the full & just Sum of five hundred
   pounds of good Sound Marchantable leafe Tobacco Clear of ground —
   leaves and of trash in Cask of ye value of forty one Shillings and .
   eight pence Sterling money of Great Brittaine which he unjustly
   detains &ca. And whereupon the afd John by Thomas Bowne
   his attry Saith that whereas ye afd Peter ye Eleaventh day of february
   Annoque Domini Seventeen hundred & fourteen at ye Parish of St-
   Paul in Kent County afd within ye Jurisdiciõn of this Court by his —
   certain Bill obligatory which ye Said Peter Sealed with his Seale & as
   his deed delivered here into Court brought ye date whereof is ye Same
   day and year afd bound himselfe his heirs &ca. to pay or cause to be
   paid unto the afd John ye afd full & just Sume of five hundred pounds of
   good Sound Marchantable leafe Tobacco Clear of ground leaves & of
   trash in Cask of ye afd value of forty one Shillings & eight pence Sterling
   money of Great Brittaine Convenient in Kent County in or upon ye.
   tenth day of 8.ber next Ensueing ye date of ye afd Bill Yet ye afd Peter —
   althõ often required the afd five hundred pounds of Tobacco to the afd
   John hath not rendered or paid but ye Same to render or pay the Said
   Peter hitherto hath denied & yet denys & unjustly detains to ye —
   damage of the Said John one hundred Shillings Sterling money and
   thereupon he brings Sute &ca.

   And the Said Plt. by his attry afd prays that the afd Deft to his
   Decln afd may answer in forme afd . And the Said Deft being called
   came and the Said Plt. by his attry afd prays that the Deft afd.
   may give Special bayle to the above accõn which was granted
   and that he be kept in Safe Custody by the Sherf of Said County —
   untill he Shall give Special bayle to the above accon
   After which John Reed of Said County here in Court Cometh and —
