                                    Novembr. Court 1715
   often requested ye afd Sum of five pounds Current money as afd to ye
   afd Edward hath not paid but ye Same to him to pay hitherto hath
   refused and Still doth refuse to ye damage of ye Said Edward tenn pounds
   Currant money afd and therefore he brings this Suite &ca. And also
   brings into Court ye writeing obligatory afd whose date is ye Second day
   of March Anno Domi One thousand Seven hundred and fourteen
   afd which testifieth ye debt afd &ca.                                           Jno Doe
                                                          Earle pr Quer pledges &ca
                                                                                                    Rd Roe .
   And now at this Court Comes the afd Plt by his attry afd and prays
   that the afd Deft to his Decln afd may Answer   And the afd Deft being
   Called came And the Sd Plt by his attry afd prays that the afd Deft may give
   Special bayle to the above accõn which is granted
   After which Peter Allaby and Charles Greendige both of this County Comes
   into Court and acknowledges themselves Joyntly and Severally Special bayle
   to the above accõn and they and either of them acknowledges that they or
   either of them will Pay the debt afd and Cost thereon accrueing if it Should
   happen that the Plt afd Shall obtaine Judgment against the afd Deft in~
   the Said Accõn of Debt and the Deft~. afd the Condemnation afd Shall not
   Satisfie nor himselfe to the Custody of the Sherf of Said County deliver or
   that they the Said Peter Allaby and Charles Greendige or either of them
   the body of the Said John Jones Shall not render &ca.
   And the Said Deft comes into Court and in his proper person appears
   to the above accõn and Saith that he cannot gainsay the accõn afd of him
   the afd Plt. nor but that the writeing obligatory above mentioned is-
   his act and Deed and that he oweth unto the afd Plt the debt in~
   the Decln above mentioned and is willing that Judgment Should be
   entred for the Same and Cost thereon accrueing Therefore it is —
   Considered by the Court here viz this fifteenth day of November .
   Annoque Domini one Thousand Seven hundred and fifteen~
   That the afd Plt. Edward Williams do Recover against the afd Deft~
