take Richard Smithers late of Sd County Gent if he Should be found in his
Baylwick and him Safe keep So that he have his body before his Sd
Majesties Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court house in the
Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto a Clement Barkstone of
a plea of Trespass on the Case And that he have then and there the Sd
writ &ca. Att which Said next Court vizt this fifteenth day of Novembr
the Same year afd the day of returne of Said writ Came William Ffrisby
Gent~ high Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these
words thereon endorsed as foll vizt. Cepi Corpus pr Wm Ffrisby Sherf -
And the Said Deft at this Court Came and by John Johnson his —
