   on the accon afd they will Satisfie if in Case the afd Plt Shall ob :
  =taine Judgment against the Said Deft in the Accõn afd And the
   afd Deft the Condemnation afd Shall not Satisfie nor himselfe
   to the Custody of the Sherf of Said County deliver or that they the
   afd Nathaniel Hynson or John Williams the body of the afd —
   Deft~ Shall not render &ca ——
   After which the afd Deft in his proper person appeared to the .
   above Accõn and Prayd liberty thereof to imparle thereto and to —
   answer at next Court which was granted the Same day was given the
   Plt~. in like manner ———
   Francis Bagwell Plt~ | This being an Accõn of Trespass upon ye
           at | Case the Same writ was returnd endorsed
   Timothy Thomas Deft~. | as foll viz Cepi Corpus pr Wm Frisby Sherf.


After w:ch at this Court the afd Plt Sent an~
   not ewhereby he expressed that the accõn between him and the Sd.
   Deft was agreed and Prayd it might be So entred. The Same accõn
   agreed and that all proceedings therein Cease &ca ———
   Richard Empson Plt. | This being an Accõn of Trespass upon ye
                at | Case the Same writ was returnd endorsed as.
   John Drayper Deft~ | folls vizt Cepi Corpus pr Wm Frisby Sherf.

   as note wherein it was expressed that the Accõn Between him & ye
   Said Deft was agreed and Prayd it might be So entred the Same Accõn
   agreed and that all proceedings therein Cease &ca.
