                                      Novemb.r Court. 1715
   Such made was as foll viz.t Kent County In Maryland Ss Thomas
   Kelley Plt.~ agst. Daniel Maggs Deft~ Debt~ The true cause of accõn
   is ye Said Deft~ Stood indebted to ye Sd Plt~ on Judgment in ye afd Coty
   Court the Sume of Two Thousand one hundred and three pounds of
   Tobacco the Debt & Cost on the Judgmt. afd for which the afd Plt hath
   not Recd Satisfaciõn but altho’ the Said Deft~ hath paid in part of
   the Judgment afd the Sume of Thirteen hundred and Eight pounds
   of Tobacco but as to ye residue being Seven hundred and ninety five
   pounds of Tobacco ye Said Deft~ hath not paid or made^anySatisfaccon to
   ye afd Plt. for which the afd Plt~ prays that an Attachment~ may
   to him be granted &ca. Bowne pr Quer -
    And now at this Court Came the afd Plt~. by Thomas Bowne his
   attorney and Prayd that the afd Plt. might have Judgment for the afd
   Sume of Seven hundred and ninety five pounds of Tobacco Debt and
   Cost thereon accrueing .   Therefore it is Considered by the Court
   here vizt. this fifteenth day of November Annoque Domini one
   Thousand Seven hundred and fifteen that the afd Thomas Kelley
   Plt have an Attachment for the afd Sume of Seven hundred
   and ninety five pounds of Tobacco Debt~ afd as also the Sume of
   Two hundred and eighteen pds of Tobacco Cost by ye Said Plt~ bout his
   Suite in this behalfe expended against the Goods Chattells rights &
   Creditts of the afd Deft Daniel Maggs &ca.
