   Tobacco Cost by the Said Plt about his Suite in this behalfe Expended
   and that the Said James Smith Plt~. have an Attachment against
   the goods Chattells rights or Creditts of the Said Daniel Maggs —
   Deft~. for the Sumes afd Amounting to the Sume of thirty four
   Shills & three pence halfe penney and Six hundred — Jams Smith Clk —
   Sixty Six pounds of Tobacco —————

   Thomas Kelley Plt~ | Commanded it was to the —
             at | Sherf of Kent County the Sixteenth
   Daniel Maggs Deft~ | day of August in the Second Year of
   ————————— | the Reigne of his now Majestie Georg[e]


&ca. that he take Daniel Maggs .
   of Kent Coty weaver otherwise called Dannell Maggs of Kent Island in—
   Queean Anns County wever if he Should be found in his Baylwick &
   him Safe keep So that he have his body before His Said Majesties —
   Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court house in the Town
   of Chester in Said County to Answer unto Tho Kelley of Sd place
   & County Planter of a plea that he render unto him ye full & -
   Just Sum of Two Thousand one hundred and three pounds of —
   Tobacco which from him he unjustly detaineth And that he have
   then and there the Said writ &ca.    .    .    Att which Said next~.
   Court viz this fifteenth day of November the Same year last menti:
  :oned the day of return of Said writ Came William Frisby Gent high~
   Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these words —
   thereon Endorsedas foll viz Non Est Inventus pr Wm Ffrisby Sherf .
   And a Short being fild when Said writ Issued forth and a Copy -
   thereof Expressing the true Cause of Accon left at the last place
   of the abode of Said Deft. according to Act of Assembly in~
