   Thomas Bowne | Her Majesties writ of Capias ad Satisfaciendum Issued
             at | as folls. vizt Anne &ca. To the Sherrife of Kent County
   Dominick Kenslagh | greeting Wee Command y.o that y.o take ye Body of Dominick
  ——————— | Kenslaw of Kent County in the Province of Maryland —


Planter if he Shall be found in your Baylwick & him~
   Safe keepe So that y.o have his Body before ye Justices of our next County Court to
   be held at our Court house in ye Town of Chester in Said County on the first
   Tuesday in June next to Satisfie unto Thomas Bowne of Said County Gentn.
   one of the attorneys of Said County as well ye Sume of Three hundred pounds
   of Tobacco Damages by him the Said Thomas Recovered against ye Said —
   Dominick Kenslaw before ye Justices of our Sd Court on ye Seventh day of —
   November Last whereof he was Convict as appears upon Record as also the .
   Sume of Six hundred Seventy four pounds of Tobacco cost of Suite as also —
   together with ye Sume of forty Six pounds of Tobacco additional Cost hereof .
   faile not at your perill & have y.o then and there this writ witness —
   William Pearce Gentn chiefe Justice of our Said Court this Sixth day of March~
   in the Twelfth Year of our Reigne &ca. Anno Domini 1713 Bowne pr Querr
   Jams Smith Clk. Att which Said next Court vizt. the first day of June Annoque .
   Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and fourteen the Day of Return~
   of Said writ Came James Harris Gentn and made return thereof in these .
