   David Young | Trespass upon the Case The Same writ was returned Endorsed as
           at | folls viz Cepi Corpus pr Ja Harris Shf ——    And now at this
   Stephen Miers | Court Came ye Sd Pltf And Saith the above Accon is agreed &ca
   prays that it may be So entred The above Accon Agreed and Shut [?] all proceedings —
   therein Cease &ca.

| Her Majesties writ of Capias ad Satisfaciendum Issued as
   Nathaniel Hynson | folls viz.t Anne &ca. To the Sherrife of Kent County —
           at | greeting wee Command y.o that y.o take the Body of .
   William Cox —    | William Cox of Kent County Cordwainer if he Should be

   found in y:r Baylwick & him Safe keepe So that y.o
   have his body before ye Justices of our next County Court to be held at our Court—
   house in ye Town of Chester in Said County on y.e first Tuesday in June next to -
   Satisfie unto Nathaniel Hynson as well ye Sume of Two hundred & Seventy
   five pounds of Tobacco Debt by him ye Said Nathaniel Recovered against the
   Said William Cox before ye Justices of our Said Court on the fourth day of March
   Instant whereof he is Convict as appears upon Record as also the Sume of Two
   hundred & thirty Seven pounds of Tobacco Cost of Suite as also together with
   the Sume of forty Six pounds of Tobacco additional Cost hereof faile not at—
   your perill & have y.o then & there this writt witness William Pearce Gentlemn
   chiefe Justice of our Said Court this Sixth day of March in the twelfth year of our
   Reigne &ca. Anno Domini 1713    Bowne pr Querr    Jams Smith Clk.
