                                      Novembr. Court 1715                                   109  
   at the next Court to be held for Said County and then and there to Answer
   at afd. and that in the mean time he is to be of good behaviour
   to all his Majesties good people &ca. wherewth. they acknowledge —
   themselves to be there wth. Severally Contented
   Ordered by this Court that John Jones as an Evidence against~.
   the afd Edward enter into Recognizance for his appearance to next~.
   Court
           After which Came into Court the Said John Jones and —
   acknowledged himselfe indebted to his Majestie King George his
   heirs and Success.rs in the full and Just Sume of tenn pounds Sterling
   to be Leaveyd on his goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements —
   Conditionally that if he do not make his personall appearance
   at the next Court and then and there to give Evidence on his Majtys.
   behalfe against the afd Edward Williams. wherewth. he acknow:
  :ledges himselfe Content~ —————
      Ordered by this Court that John Clarke as an Evid.e against~
   the afd Edward enter into Recognizance wth. Surty for his appear.e
   to next Court
                After which Came into Court the Said John Clarke and
