   Evide. on his Majesties behalfe against the afd Edward Williams —

   Ordered that Peter Allaby as prosecuter entr. into Recognize for
   his appearance to next Court ag.st the Said Edward Williams &ca —
   His Majesite . | Recognizance for Committing fornication w.th a
           at | Certain Mary Tondall and thereby begott her wth.
   Tim Slauter | Child wch. when born will be a bastard. as the Said


Mary declared upon Oath —— and the Said . .
   Timothy Enterd into Recoge for his appearance to this Court before
   Mr St Leager Codd one of his Majtie. Justices for Said in the Sume of tenn
   pounds Sterl and Robert Meeks his Surety in the Sume of five pounds
   Sterl.. the fourth day of Novemb.r instant ——
   Capt Harmanus Sehees of this County brings into this Court~.
   a negro boy which is Called Jemmey and Prays the Court here
   that they will adjudge his age that he may know when he will
   be of age to pay his Leavey for him . Therefore it is Considered
   by the Court here vizt. this fifteenth day of November Annoque~
   Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and fifteen That the Said
   Negro Boy is now of the Age of Twelve Years &ca.

   Mr. William Blay takes his place and Sitts on ye bench
   Mr. Michael Miller takes his place and Sitts on ye bench
   Mr. William Comegys takes his place and Sitts on ye bench
    James Smithers Serv.t of this County Comes into Court and —
   acknowledges a deed of gift~ to two of his Sones viz William~
   Smithers and John Smithers one hundred and fifty Acres .
   of Land being part of a Tract of Land Called the addition—
   Mr. William Glanvill of this County keeping a Publick .
   house at the Town of Chester near to the Court house desires
