                                     Novembr Court 1715
   entrd into Recognizance before the afd Mr William Poitt and
   Mr St Leager Codd. the fourth day of Novemb.r Instant in the Sume
   of twenty pounds Sterling Each to be Leaveyd on there goods &.
   Chattells Lands and Tenements to ye use of his Majestie &ca. Conditi
  :onally that if the afd Edward Should not appeare at this Court to
   answer unto what Should be objected agst. him on the Account of.
   his feloniously Stealing one Mare belonging to a Certain Peter Allaby
   afd. The Said Recognizances Each of them are by this Court Severally
   discharged &ca
   Ordered by this Court here that the Said Edward Williams ent . into Recoge
   with two good Surtys for his appearance to next Court & Good behavr. &ca.
   The Said Edward Committed into Custody of the Sherf of Said County untill
   he Shall give Surty as afd. ——
     Afterwards Came into Court the Same Edward Williams and —
   acknowledged himselfe Indebted to his Majesty King George his heirs
   and Successors in the full and Just Sume of twenty pounds Sterling to
   be Leavey’d on his goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditi:
  :onally that if he do not make his personall appearance at the next
   Court to be held for Said County And then and there to Answer unto.
   all Such things as Shall be objected against him on behalfe of his —
   Majestie Concerning his feloniously takeing a Mare from a Certain~.
   Peter Allaby of this County . and that in the mean time he is to be of
   good behaviour to all his Majesties good People &ca. wherewith he
   acknowledges himselfe to be therewth. Content~.
   Likewise Came into Court at the Same time John Ellis and
   Samuel Parsons and acknowledged themselves indebted to his —
   Majestie King George his heirs and Successors in the full and Just
   Sume of tenn pounds Sterling Each to be leaveyed on there Goods
   and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if the
   afd Edward Williams doth not make his personall appearance
