   end that the Said Justices and Commissrs as well as the Officers and Suitor[s]
   to the Said County Courts may have due Notice thereof I do requier
   the respective Sherfs of the Severall Countys to publish this my Proclama:
  :tion in open Cournty Court the first day of every Courts meeting in—
   November next, Whereof they are not to faile Given at the City of
   Annapoles under the great Seale of this his Majesties Province this
   28.th day of September in the Second Year of the Reigne of our Sovereign
   Lord King George of Great Brittaine &ca. Annoque Domi 1715 —

    which Proclamation being read and heard on w.ch the Court
   ord.rs that the Same be obeyd. And that notice be gave that
   the Leavy to be layd tomorrow and that a note be Sett up
   at the Court house doore accordingly —

            at | Mr. William Comegys one of his Majties.

feloniously Stealing a Mare from Peter
   Allagby of Sd County . afterwards two Persons entrd into —
   Recognize. before Mr Wm Pott and Mr St Leager Codd two of his —
   Maj.ties. Justices for Said County for the apeparance of the Said
   Edward to this Court and that he was to be of good behaviour in
   the mean time . The Said Edward being Called Came and in
   his proper person appeared to the Same .   Ordered by this
   Court that the Said Recognizances for the Said Edwards appce.
   be Discharged .
