   Att A Court held for Kent County at ye. Court house on Chester
   River in the Town of Chester in Said County on the fifteenth—
   day of November and Continued the Sixteenth day of the Same—
   month in the Second Year of the Reigne of our Sovereigne
   Lord George By the Grace of God of great Brittaine France and.
   Ireland King Defender of the faith &c.a In the Year of our Lord
   Christ one Thousand Seven hundred and fifteen Before

   The Following proclamation was by the Sherf of Sd County delivrd
   wch was read viz Maryland Ss   .   By his Excellency the
   Capt Generall A Proclamation Whereas It is thought~.
   adviseable that the Justices and Commissrs. of the Severall County
   Courts within this Province at there Respective Courts to be held
   in November next Should not prceed to any further business Save
   to the Laying and assessing of the Charges of their Severall Countys
   and to take appearances on Recognizances and process returnable
   thereto I have by and with the advice of his Majesties honourable
   Council Issued this my proclamation &ca. Commanding and Requiring
   the Said Commiss.rs of the Said Several County Courts to Act According
  :ly. and when they have So done to adjourne their Respective .
   Courts to the Severall days appointed for their Sitting in March~
   next Ensueing without any further proceeding, and to the .
