   Thomas Joce Shall not make his personall appearance at the next
   Court to be held for Said County and to Answer unto all Such things as .
   Should be objected against him on his Maj.ties behalfe for Committing —
   fornication with a Certain Margret Edwin according to her oath taken
   before Mr. James Harris one of his Majesties Justices for Said County and
